The ILI-South African Centre For Excellence (ILI-SACE) is an affiliate of the International Law Institute (ILI) in Washington, DC. Through offering executive education and technical assistance, the South African Centre will build on the unique and rich twenty-three-year history of the African Centre for Legal Excellence, based in Uganda, the oldest arm of the International Law Institute.
